Joy is a Board-Certified Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, who received her Masters degree from Binghamton University.

She is experienced in treating a comprehensive range of mental health concerns. She enjoys working with children as well as adults.

She specializes in treating PTSD, ADHD, behavioral disturbances, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, amongst many other psychiatric conditions.

She believes in compassionate, holistic, patient-centered care and suggests (but does not require) that her patients also engage in psychotherapy with a counselor of their choice.

Julia Dorber

Julia is a Board-certified Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, who received her Masters Degree from Binghamton University.

She is passionate about providing quality, evidence-based and compassionate mental health services across the life span, treating adults as well as children. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and patient-centered care to patients experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders as well many other psychiatric conditions.

Julianna Cox

Julianna is a Licensed Master of Social Worker who received her Masters degree from Binghamton University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University. Julianna uses a variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed, eclectic treatment modalities including motivational interviewing, person-centered, play therapy, DBT, CBT and strength-based therapies with her clients.

Julianna has previously worked with a variety of diverse individuals throughout many different life stages and personal circumstances. The last two years, she has focused on children in a school setting, working with children as young as four all the way up through the age of eighteen. In an additional setting, Julianna has completed psychiatric evaluations for individuals of all ages who are displaying needs indicating an acute crisis. Julianna also has experience working with individuals with substance use.

Julianna strives to maintain a safe environment that is welcoming for all. As an advocate for self and others, Julianna believes in everyone’s right of self-determination. Each individual presents with a unique set of needs and goals, so she approaches everyone with a mindset of collaborative work to develop an effective treatment plan for all of her clients.
